Our passion is connecting people for a successful union!
Many of our partners were losing business, because of the challenges of maintaining reliable seasonal employees. Comparatively, many of our employees enjoy working in the hospitality industry and would rather than be placed with two or more partners (annually) than have to start over with the job application process.

Ryan Falloon
Ryan is a Hospitality Enthusiast and has been in the service industry for over 15 years. He loves networking - and connecting with people - and this has led to the success of Falloon’s Hospitality Services. He holds a degree in Psychology, which he uses to direct the Human Resource department of his business. Ryan lives in Panama City Beach, Florida with his wife kacey and two wonderful kids Demarquez (son) and Ny’ysa (daughter).
Keaton Falloon
Keaton Falloon is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Houston Baptist University and Harvard Extension School. He comes equipped with a wide cross section of knowledge. A keen listener and a Devout Christian. He lives in Florida with his wife Sabrina and two beautiful daughters,Thandiwe (Tandie) and Arabella. He can usually be found with a cup of coffee and a good book!
